I visited this dentist a few times and each time my visit were very pleasant and professional. But now I caution against this office if you participate in real life things like school, family, a job. You must be willing to drop everything to do what they say when they say it. I received a letter of termination from the office because I did not have the “recommended” treatment done in a period of time to their satisfaction. My last visit was in January during my last semester of engineering school and the last thing on my mind was getting some fillings done. I was more focused on graduating and actually finding a job. Beside the recommended fillings, there was a “questionable prognosis” of needing a root canal for a tooth that does not and has not bothered me at all. The prognosis is questionable because He lets Artificial intelligence reads the x rays. He was not sure at all and really could not determine what the x ray was saying. I had an appt scheduled for July 23rd which was canceled by them. They did call to let me know and offered to reschedule. I did not reschedule yet because life has more important things than fillings. There is no visible decay on my teeth whatsoever,

My new patient visit was fantastic. They were very thorough. VERY thorough. Equipment and technology is latest and greatest. Discussed many options for future planning. Happy to find a dentist close to home and I will be sending my kids here when they get older.

Michigan Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is absolutely amazing and neurodivergent friendly! I am autistic and they were so accommodating to my needs. They let me listen to music while I had my teeth done, walked me through each step to help lower my anxiety, they give everyone sunglasses so the room and lights aren’t too bright and asked if I had any sensitivities with laying down or tilting my head in the chair. Outstanding work, friendly staff and overall the best dentist I have ever been to!

Excellent dental care. We recently switched to Dr K to stay in our insurance network and have been extremely happy with our choice. The office and hygienist staff is first rate and I have to say, extremely happy and fun. The office is equipped with all of the latest dental technology and Dr K is a highly skilled professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to change from their current dentist.

I've been a patient of Dr. Katynski's since 2016. At which point I would come in with panic attacks due multiple bad experiences at other previous dental offices. From the beginning Dr. K. has always cared about making sure I was comfortable and not in pain during any treatment. He was patient with me and I've gone from panic attacks in the chair to being able to fall asleep during a root canal or filling. Something I thought people exaggerate about. In the last 9 yrs I only briefly saw another dentist while Dr. K was getting his new office set up. And I regretted letting the other dentist work in my mouth. Not doing that again. You can tell Dr. K loves his work and cares about his patients . He makes sure they're as comfortable as possible, He continues to learn and staying up on best practice or learning about what cutting edge technologies are out there and how they can help him help others. I don't hesitate to recommend Dr. K. to anyone looking for a good dentist. In my opinion he's one of the best out there. I'm blessed to have found him and be under his care for so long I won't be going anywhere else.
